2025 Shiitake Log Innocu-thon

We had a terrific turnout, and we anticipate doing a lot more of these in the future.

We began with a tutorial on recognizing trees for inoculation, guidance on forest management, and dove into the basics of mushroom cultivation. Everyone had a chance to inoculate their log to take home. Then we all piled into the Farm Stand for coffee, iced tea and some baked treats and made some new friends.
